Care2.com's Races (Race for the Big Cats, Race for the Rain Forest, Race for the Oceans, and Climb Against Breast Cancer) are
unique, philanthropic online efforts that allow visitors to help protect vital big
cat and rain forest habitats with a simple point and click. Supported by
the generosity of advertising sponsors, each click generates a donation to our
non-profit partners' programs (Wildlife
Conservation Society, The Nature
Conservancy, Oceana, and The Breast Cancer Fund).
Being a Sponsor for Care2's Races means:

Sponsor button click-through rates average 1%-3%,
well above the industry average of less than 0.5%. Sponsors appear in a highly
visible location. Sponsors benefit from the publicity surrounding
the Races. For example, the Race for the Rain Forest was named a USA Today "Hot Site" and featured on
CNET's TV.com.

Big cats worldwide are threatened by poachers,
habitat destruction, and pollution. Protecting big cat habitat is crucial
to the survival of the big cats, which play a vital role in an ecosystem's
vitality. Likewise, rain forests provide 25-40% of all pharmaceutical products and are
being destroyed at an alarming rate, so your
contribution towards habitat preservation is critical for the well-being
of our planet. Your check is made out directly to the The Nature Conservancy's and Wildlife Conservation Society.
3. Generating tremendous goodwill among potential
customers.
